When a field is set to "exlude from display" to feed following fields with usable tokens, it messes up the last writing position. Although it is not displayed any fields witha relative position to the last writing position are placed at the top of the page.

It seems views PDF does process them, but does not show the fields nor does it show options for formatting this field.

This started happening after the last update, before it was all ok

The patch "table-grouping-fields-1313404-8.patch" seems to solve this problem.

Ok working on it #1313404: Grouping field doesn't work in the PDF

I'm postponed this one and make the patch for the other issue.

When I finish the other patch and commit, if this still happen. Please reopen with "Need Works"
