You company description should be more specific about the Drupa-related services you offer. Also, please have all your team members edit their personal profiles to list your company as their current employer. Then you will be listed in the right column of the organization profile and we will be able to review your Drupal.org contributions.

My employees fill the field "compagny" with : DevFactory.ch

The company name must be exactly the same in the employee profiles as it is on your organization page. Your organization page has DevFactory as the name, so that is what your employees should have on their profiles so they will be linked.

Thanks for adding your team members. We can now review your code contributions, such as LDAP. Can you explain how you have contributed to Drush and Field Validation? I don't see either of those listed in any of your team member profiles. Please update the contributions section with this information and any relevant links.
