I've found that spam users have a telltale signature that can be identified by Rules' data comparison function. I'd like to trigger an action that automatically cancels/deletes such user accounts as they're created, but don't see a "Cancel user" function. Might it be added? I'm not a programmer, but guess that it shouldn't be too hard to implement.

tr commentedMoving this forward to D8 because there has been no interest expressed over the past 5 1/2 years for adding this feature to D7.
As with any new feature, if this is something you want or need the best way to see it put into Rules is to provide a patch.

tr commentedStill no interest from the community, so I'm not going to put this into core Rules. But I might implement it in D8RE if I get a chance, so moving it over there.
