Hook to retrieves candidate referenceable nodes [#1988436]

Here is a patch that provides a hook to retrieve candidate referenceable nodes:
hook_node_reference_FIELD_potential_references

It is useful when you need complex queries to retrieve node.

Small fix to not display any candidates if the hook exist and it returns an empty list.
