Availability Calendar View Layout Issues

I am experiencing an issue with the Availability Calendar view when there is an overlap of resources (for example, someone checks out in the morning and another guest checks in in the afternoon. When this happens, the calendar has 2 rows for each room, but the calendar layout gets really weird.
