For display type table, Hide empty columns if hide empty is set for field settings

If the view is set to hide empty fields in the row style field settings form, set empty columns to be hidden also.

Patch includes #1989404: For display type table, If field is set to have a label but not a ui label, label will be overwritting to blank as needed a foreach over fields so might as well.
