Cannot select with Chosen in some cases in Views filter

1. Tahonomy is simple 2 level
2. Views filter is with shs and chosen, multiple values
3. Chosen is last dev version

It acts improperly on most of the situations, it may be the same in node creation form but not checked.
Simple example: select to filter by couple of different second level terms with different parents
