I have something similar or identical, I do not know.
Because some bookings were linked to the wrong customer profile, I deleted those bookings, deleted the wrong customer profiles as well, and created a new booking through the bulk availability manager and linked it to the correct profile. It did appear on the calendar, but when I revisited the page it had disappeared. The disappeared booking is however still in the bookings list and on the unit description pages' calendars. running cron, pressing F5, reassigning the room, clearing the cache it makes no difference the booking does not reappear in the Bulk Availability Mnagement Calendar.
I can't reproduce this with the lastest dev. If you are still experiencing this bug using Rooms dev, could you give us some more information about your environment, and precise steps to reproduce?

theorichel commentedAnd when I try to add a new booking on an 'empty' date in Bulk Avail Mgt the module says that no empty rooms are available.
