User creates a group as themself upon login

Hi All,
I am trying to figure out a way to have a user (in my instance a professional profile/role), upon registration completion or validation, automatically create a group that populates Profile2 information into that group. For my site I need professionals to have business pages (groups) and want that to be set up automatically as part of registration. I am struggling with the correct approach on this. It seems I should be able to do this with rules but I get an "array flip" issue........anyone got info on this? Clean install with basic necessity modules...same error...seems to be in code or rules or how rules calls entities.....
