This patch alters the provided view.
It removes the Show all time registers for this node from the block and provides a tab instead.
It changes the URL from ttl/NID to node/NID/ntt.

It really needs some more work, the breadcrumbs aren't perfect and the list should display the username instead of the node title.
Patch attached, please review.

In the meentime I don't think this is the right way to do it.
Will come up with another patch later.
