I tried to use iCheck with this module http://damirfoy.com/iCheck/ but this will require jquery 1.7. Unfortunatelly Editable fields are not resposing as they should with jquery 1.7 and with the plugin.

Per https://drupal.org/node/2148735, 6.x is longer maintained so issue is closed. If you wish to be a maintainer of the 6.x branch please create a new issue.
