Page Title Not showing up in edit page options

I currently have page title ver 6.x-2.7 installed and for some reason it is not showing up in the options under page edit. The module is enabled but just isn't showing up. When I go site config and page title it has [page-title] | [site-name] as default and [site-name] | [site-slogan] as front page. I have attempted to change the front page title and it does not change it. Any ideas as to what is causing this?

I am new to drupal but have used it in the past and had no issues but was using drupal 7. Thanks in advance for any help as I am a noob!
