Hi. Great module!

Sadly, the simple ranges don't work if your facet results are non-contiguous. eg. if you have 2 results, with the values 101 and 1001 and your step size set to 100, you get facets that look like this:

100-200 (1)
200-300 (1)

We should get:

100-200 (1)
1000-1100 (1)
