I installed and configured Drupal 7.22 so the gear appears, then installed Fusion Core 7.x-2.0-beta2 and Fusion Starter 7.x-2.0-beta2 and the gear is missing. I deactivate and delete Fusion but gear is still missing.

Contextual links module is on and have permissions.

I did the same steps in other sites and worked fine.

Any help would be appreciated. Regards

I just updated Drupal Core to 7.24 and now the fusion block styles (with contextual gear link) are all missing.

The Core Update was for a security fix for image styles - which is probably now conflicting with this theme. I'm certain my client will not be happy about this as their images are set to float left of content, now they all show above the content.

So I cleared the cache and everything is working again. Whew.

I now have the contextual link gear to modify the skin.
