Ur-integration with user queue?

Refering to the issue http://drupal.org/node/950260 , I need the same functionality as the poster of the issue described described or the friends list creating functionality as we find in facebook today ie. i want the users of my site to create a list give it a name and add their friends to it., But after installing user queue module I could not find any integraton between user queue and user relationships, is there a way i can achieve creation of friend lists like facebook. Or may be I'm missing something that has already been implemented, any help will do wonders..thanks for such an awesome module..love it.
