When I import a bunch of ASINs using Feeds Importer, the nodes are created correctly and the ASIN field value is the ASIN as expected.

However, when viewing the node the ASIN field just displays the number, and not the product image and title as expected. Re-saving the node manually fixes the issue, though obviously that's not ideal.

I am also using Automatic Node Titles to set the title of the node to the product title. This also works only when manually re-saving the node after it's been imported.

I've read the issue about Feeds integration, but that's a prior issue, and could find any other instances of this so I'm guessing there's just something I'm doing wrong?

Any hints/help much appreciated!

Here is the note:

I am importing a list of ASINs in to nodes via the FEEDS module. Everything works pretty well, but I have found that many nodes do not actually "click" in that the ASIN is present in the field, however the Amazon information does not show.

The fix is to simply edit and save the node- changing nothing. Then it works perfectly!

Have tried a VBO function to "save" content, which has no effect.

From what I can tell, I am under the API call limits, and again, the fix is 100% reliable and consistent.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome- planning on scaling this to lots more items and need a reliable means of feeding them in in batches.
