I have the latest dev version of the video.js module installed.
I went to videojs.com and downloaded the library which is now version 4.

My status report error

Video.js	Unsupported version .
The installed Video.js library is not supported. This version of the Video.js module only supports Video.js version 3. Download Video.js version 3 and extract it into the sites/all/libraries/video-js directory or download Video.js module version 7.x-1.x to use Video.js 2.

Everything seems to work and with this library the videos are responsive.

I have created a 7.x-3.x branch of the module with support for version 4.0.0. I have released 7.x-3.0-alpha1 with these changes.
