First of all: Awesome extension of the original!
Now, to the ugly part: The text under "Taxonomy queue" confused the hell out of me.
It seems to me that the module creates one queue per vocabulary, yet the explanation suggests another level of functionality. Maybe the documentation is missing?
BTW, it would probably be not a bad idea to include the function specs into the standard help screen for the module...

merlinofchaos commentedIt actually does not create one queue per vocabulary, but one subqueue per unique combination of terms in the chosen vocabularies.
I worked on that text for quite awhile and had trouble coming up with something better. I will take suggestions for improvements, but it's about as good as I was able to make it.
