Partner logos doesn't appear

hi,
i am not totally new to drupal, but still a beginner. i ve tried to upload partner logos, but they doesn't appear at the page. it works on local installation, but not on the server.
also i wanna use text resize, but the size on frontpage does'nt change.
can pls somebody help me?

had problems with htaccess file.
