"command could not be found"

After install drush, i can not execute any command, i'm allways getting " The drush command 'status' could not be found. Run 'drush cache-clear drush' to clear the commandfile cache if you have installed new extensions. ". I've runned ´cache-clear drush´
and still not working, i really need help!!!!!
