Collapsible fieldsets in the node edit form, placed via the field_group module, seem to render fine:

Marking as "Major" priority as this greatly interferes with configuring many parts of the site.

I have the same problem. I can't get to Replacement Patterns when rewriting a field in Views. Clicking the closed fieldset does nothing.
