Release notes

Finished updating TARDIS submodules: users can now create multiple blocks and pages with optional languages and date.module fields.

There's several redundancies to be resolved - they're marked throughout the code. Should be stable enough for everyday use though.

Please report any bugs you may encounter and let me know what you think - that'll help make TARDIS a better module for everyone!
