The feature "Provision new Google Apps account on login" is not working.

Steps

  1. Set "Provision new Google Apps account on login" to ON
  2. Created a new user
  3. Added user to a role with permission "obtain google apps account"
  4. Logged in as this new user
  5. Google Apps account was not created
  6. Logged in as admin
  7. Ran cron
  8. Logged in as this new user
  9. Google Apps account was not created
