Description
There are at least 21 functions in the simpletestauto module on t.d.o that aren't documented in the API docs http://testing.drupal.org/api/functions. The simpletestauto module code is in the t.d.o SVN repository at http://testing.drupal.org/rep/simpletestauto

This patch adds doc comments to all functions in the simpletestauto module files. It also merges the formatting fixes patch from http://drupal.org/node/203018.
