switching to provide a node ID in the admin form produces a warning message [#1995588]

I went to the admin form after having enabled the module, and clicked on the button to provide a node ID rather than a title.

This form validation warning is shown:

You must specify a node title.

@joachim i also faced the same issue where i'm getting error message on click of "I prefer to provide the title of the post".

Attaching a patch to solve the warning and now the title and nid also get saved in spite of switching.
Please review.
