Hello!
Added the Follow module in the left-sidebar theme, but its links are not clickable. I saw that the css is possible to solve with z-index, but could not. Does anyone know how to solve?

Welcome to the Drupal community. A few issues about your post. Support requests are never critical. Also, don't assign the issue to yourself unless you are the one that is planning on fixing it. Finally this isn't a Drupal core issue and is better of being posted in in the forums next time, rather than the issue queue.

A quick inspection of your css shows that your #content div is set at 100% and has a negative margin. This is what's overlapping your sidebar. Try setting your sidebar width to 25% and content to 75%.
