I'm currently administrating a greek hip hop news website, that's based on Drupal 6.26, with a custom-module for it's stand-alone phpbb 3 forum, which syncs the members log in activity/registrations with the drupal database and blocks.

We are upgrading to Drupal 7 and have already got a template and the theme part covered.
I would like to pay for a service that can:
- Migrate the old articles from my Drupal 6 set up, to fit the new theme and installation
- Install the modules required to view those articles
- Integrate the forum to Drupal 7
