Nodes Showing as 'Uncategorized' and In The Correct Category

I am putting together an e-commerce site based on Drupal for which I am currently in the testing phase. I have assigned a vocabulary to my products so that I can break them down by categories. All my products have been assigned a category. I am using the 'taxonomy_term' view to give me a breakdown of all categories to make is easier to navigate.
The problem is that 'Uncategorized' is still showing with the number of nodes being every node I currently have. Basically, the products are being listed twice, once under their correct category and once under 'Uncategorized.'
What gives?

Does this happen with all nodes or just ecom nodes ? if ecom nodes you may want to seek specific help on ecom in the ecom issue query.
