I was reluctant to add sourceMigration to the field editing page, simply because taking up a full column for an option that's set on a small percentage of field mappings seemed like too much. But, for those mappings it really is essential, so I'm going to add it.

Not bad at all - I was able to considerably simplify the submit callback since it no longer has to try to guess at when to save a sourceMigration. The value is a select list of all migrations, so no typos.
