New feature landing in Chrome, the requestAutocomplete API allows you skip having a billing/shipping address form, as well as the CC form itself:

Yeah, this looks cool but it should definitely happen in contrib. Nothing for us to really consider in Commerce itself, as it's quite browser specific and not necessarily a universal "good thing." fwiw, I also think it's a horrible idea to save your CC data in your browser. : P
