Task queue block isn't enabled in the install profile

This is a bug introduced with #588728: Meta: Views integration redux. I tried just changing the name of the block in http://drupalcode.org/project/hostmaster.git/commitdiff/3ec81ea86a830c0c..., but that doesn't appear to be enough.
