It is really limiting to have to always upload files through the web interface and to have to have them all in one single folder.
We need to have the ability to separate the contents of galleries into their own folders. Otherwise deleting files can become a nightmare.

rhys commentedThe ability to have subfolders is done currently through the Media Manager. Also, it's possible to set it to upload into the directory of choice, I simply have to add the feature somewhere in the uploading form.
If you could suggest a way to make it easy to understand, I'll try to get it implemented as quickly as possible.

rhys commentedSince no more details were forthcoming, and I've been heavily modifying the module, to make it a lot simpler to use. Doing galleries are going to be done somewhat similar to the views module, and once I've got some more time, I can look at adding other features.
