I see the following errors related to previously deleted picture groups after saving in the ckeditor tab of picture module settings.

In a possibly related issue I do not see a "Responsive images with the picture module" plugin available in the wysiwyg buttons area.

Is any of the picture groups checked on admin/config/media/picture/ckeditor?
