Date views filter

hello,

im trying to create a exposed date filter in a views, that shows a select list of different date types for example
(today) - (next 7 days) - (next 14 days) - etc

like in http://chicago.metromix.com/events

i have created the date filter but have no idea how to create these time values

any help?
