When i try to enable fonts, i get the ability to add google, but the form to upload local fonts is not available. I have local fonts enabled. Please advise.

Same problem here. I was able to upload one font but after that button disappeared. Nothing in the Apache logs. Reports show the following

Location: /?q=admin/appearance/fontyourface/ajax/enable/2171
Referer: /admin/appearance/fontyourface/browse/local_fonts

Notice: Undefined index: display function theme_status_messages() (line 1587 file /includes/theme.inc).
