Hi,

I am wondering how to get the slide show and have content show on the main page. Right now I got a slideshow to work through this tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXh8Ng9QNaA. I am having trouble getting content to show on the main page with the slideshow.

Instead of making your slideshow in a Page display, you can set it up in a Block display. Then use the Structure > Blocks to move the block to your desired region. You can also restrict the block to show only on the front page if needed.
