Upgrade cause background issue [#1998692]

I upgraded from 7.x-1.8 to 7.x-1.9 and my backgrounds are now too short. My custom css is intact & settings look the same.

Old: ydama.com
New: dev.ydama.com

I rolled it back, so dev's fine now. You can see how it looked in the attachment.
