Problem/Motivation

After enabling the module "Content Translation" (with only one language (Dutch) enabled) a help message appears (probably indicating that you need to enable multiple languages), but before I was able to read it completely, it disappeared. Probably because of an (automatic) page reload.

Proposed resolution

Either skip the page reload or make the message appear after the page reload.
