I installed nice menus on my site. I have tinymce which works good. but when I installed nice menus any setting menu as admin setting menu for tinymce ( where you configure) which drops down when clicked did not worked. Other menus like advance front page menu & all setting menus which drops down when clicked did not working.

add1sun commentedHi om252345 when you say "menus which drops down when clicked" do you mean a select box (like picking the time on Date config screen - admin/settings/date-time) or do you mean the expanding fieldset sections (like the Core - optional group on the module admin page - admin/build/modules)? Or are you referring to the Nice menus themselves and not the pages?
Also, is this in all browsers or only certain ones and is this a custom theme?
I don't have tinymce installed anywhere, so I'll need to install that on a test site and see if I can recreate the issue. I'll try to get to that this week.

If you see on front page module the setting for anonymous users, setting for authenticated users & so on options are given. When we click on such link it expands & give text box to give html or php snippets. These links do not worked when I installed nice menus module. I have lots of modules in my site.

add1sun commentedOK, so that is the collapsible fieldsets. I'm not sure what in Nice Menus could mess with that. I went ahead and installed TinyMCE on a local install as well as Front and I am not seeing this behavior in FF, IE6 or IE7 with the Garland theme.
Unfortunately if I can't reproduce it, I can't really fix it. If you have a lot of different modules, especially ones that are using JavaScript, you are probably getting a conflict somewhere. The collapsible fieldsets are controlled by JavaScript.
Can you give me the full list of modules you have enabled and tell me which browser(s) this is happening in?

add1sun commentedRenaming to be more accurate.

greggles@om252345 - I tried repeating the bug but couldn't so I'm downgrading this. Does the issue persist if you disable nice_menus module? Does it persist if you change the theme?
Does it persist if you disable some of your other modules? There was a similar bug "in pathauto" and the resolution was actually that some other module called javascript incorrectly but it appeared that it was caused by pathauto because the user enabled pathauto and the other module at the same time.

add1sun commentedClosing this issue with no response from OP and can't reproduce.
