On the theme description page to Barlow, I can only see a small thumbnail of the theme.
Users need to be able to evaluate the theme before installation. For that, a link to a demo site - or at least a full-size screenshot - would be necessary.
Please add that to the theme description on http://drupal.org/project/barlow
