Dear all,

I have a question about a domain name I want to buy. It is www.peper.nl, and it is already in someone elses hands. The website is offline. The question is; do you know what I can do to reach the owners?

I already contacted the website hosting company (www.prioserve.nl), but they told me they won't provide any information about their clients.

The reason why I contacted Drupal, is because I saw the peper.nl website is designed with Drupal. I hope someone can help me to find out how to contact the owner.

the drupal community does not maintain records of who owns what domain name. If the community did it would most likely be subject to the same privacy laws as the host. I suggest performing a 'whois'.
