I recently unpublished almost everything on my site, it is being used for a college class... after doing this about 20 random anonymous posts appeared promoted to the front page. They say they were posted 12/31 of 1969, and they are uneditable (if you try you end up having to add info, because they are blank, in order to save them then you can eliminate the new post you've created but the random blank one remains). I disallow anonymous posts so it is even stranger that they show up as anonymous. Has anyone seen this happen, and/or is there a way to just wipe the table in the db that contains blogs and forum posts?
