View Displaying Only Title and Teaser

I am trying to create a view using the Views module that will display the most recent node in a certain category and display only the title and teaser for the node. I do not want any related terms, links, or submitted date information. I have tried all manner of theming of the view and cannot figure this out. Help appreciated.
