Unable to get a working directory for the file browser!

My apologizes if this issue has been brought up already, but I need some assistance. User cannot upload images due to the above error. I have changed the directory, switch ownership of directory to apache, deleted and reinstalled both IMCE and IMCE bridge. I have also changed permissions on the directory as well. We have other Drupal 7 sites and the IMCE bridge is working fine, but for some reason this site is having problems with the module. It's running Drupal 7.14.

I'm hoping a fresh perspective will help me out. I will be happy to provide more info if needed. Thanks!
