Hi,
I was trying to add multiple images in a story page. I have like example 13 images and 5 pages, right now its doing like dividing image-count per page-count and placing them. But I want to place images in story page by myself but not to automatically divide them and place them.
Please let me know how to do it.
Thanks!

When editing the image
When editing the image field/filefield, there is a drop-down menu where you can select how many files can be added to that field. Set it do Unlimited and you'll be able to add as many images per story as you like.
What do you mean by dividing and placing? They have to be placed somewhere?
I have a story with 10 images
I have a story with 10 images and 5 pages. I was trying to have like one image in 1st page, 1 image in 2nd page, 3 images in 3rd page, 2 images in 4th page and 3 images in 5th page. Right now when I am uploading 10 images, its doing like placing 2 images per page. So I wanted to know how to select images in which page it should go. I have tried to create a field story photos, but its also not working.
Please let me know. Thanks!
I assume Story is a content
I assume Story is a content type. Are you using module to divide story node into several pages? Otherwise I don't understand yet what your setup is. Because usually a node has only one page.
I have to create a story
I have to create a story which has multiple pages and images in single story.
Please let me know how to create that story in drupal 7.
Thanks!
CKeditor and Views
For inserting multiple images in the content area -- and aligning them to the center, left, or right and wrapping text around them as needed, I would suggest you use the CKeditor module. You will need to install the CKeditor module, the CKeditor javascript code, and the IMCE module (for uploading images). Watch a video about installing CKeditor in Drupal, because it is a little tricky.
For multiple pages, I suppose the simplest way is to create a content type "Story Pages" and besides a title and body field, also include a page number field. Then you can use a module like the Views Module to show all the Story Pages, but on one page each with navigation at the bottom (so you can go from page to page). The bonus with views is you can also create a block with a list of the titles of the Story Pages and enable the reader to jump to any of those pages. Views is a little daunting, but it is well worth learning.
EDIT: I almost forgot, instead of getting you into the Views module for the display, you may want tojust look at the Book Module: https://drupal.org/documentation/modules/book
