Hi all, I am using the Support Ticketing System module which emails the user when an updated comment is made. However I would like it to duplicate that same email via the Privatemsg module too. Support Ticketing System does not seem to allow this out of the box. Does anybody know of a way I could do this? I'm quite new to hooks but I'm guessing that is an option? Not sure how though.
