Add the Administration Views module

The Administration Views module improves overview/listing pages by replacing them with views. Including this module with Commons would improve the usability of searching through and modifying content/users/taxonomy/etc. The module is essentially already part of Drupal 8 core, as the core overview/listing pages are all powered by Views.

Administration Views only depends on Views Bulk Operations so no additional dependencies are required.
