I'd like to fix #2001214: Breaks with panelized site template for Contextual Admin module.
This module borrows some views code to put eg. node-edit links into contextual links.
Unfortunately this breaks on a panelized page, no contextual links are to be seen.

Any hint how this might break and where to start? Here's the code.
