Manual Crop options for Media wysiwyg integration

The Media File Selector has a fieldset with options for manual crop. This enables me to set specific options for that field.

But what about images added through Media/wysiwyg? Is there a setting page somewhere for that?

Or does Manual Crop use default settings for anything not a field? And if so, is it possible to change that?
