I have created a new group, but it´s unpublished, and i can´t find the way to publish it.

IIRC the same way you would publish any content within Drupal

edit the group node
scroll down to publishing options

should be able to mark it published in admin/content as well

i don´t have that option.

in the edit mode of the group, i only have buttons : Save, Preview, View changes and delete

I ´m using drupal 7
